At DollyRose Art, each piece is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive—but we also understand that things happen. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:
1. All Sales Are Final for Original Art
Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artworks, all sales of original pieces are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind works unless the item arrives damaged.
2. Returns on Prints & Merchandise
We accept returns or exchanges on prints and non-original items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

In its original condition

Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@dollyroseart.com within 5 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage or error
We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@dollyroseart.com. We’ll provide instructions based on the type of item and issue.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
