All artworks and prints are sold as-is. We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions, but colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards)

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

By completing a purchase, you agree to any applicable terms of these third-party services. Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

4. Shipping and Returns

We currently ship within the United States, with international shipping potentially available in the future. Custom or original pieces may take longer to process and ship.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, artworks, and designs on this site are the sole property of DollyRose Art. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, and Zelle for payment processing. We are not responsible for their practices or policies—please review their terms independently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DollyRose Art shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or our products.

Commissions

​

Interested in commissioning a custom artwork from DollyRose Art! I’d be honored to bring your vision to life. Below is everything you need to know about the commission process.

1. Getting Started

To begin a commission, please email info@dollyroseart.com with:

  • A brief description of what you’d like

  • Preferred colors, themes, or inspiration

  • Size or format (canvas, board, paper, etc.)

  • Your timeline, if any

From there, we’ll discuss your ideas and determine if it’s a good creative fit.
 

2. Pricing

Pricing varies depending on size, complexity, and materials. Once we finalize the details, I’ll provide a custom quote.
Note: Shipping is included for U.S. orders over $500.
 

3. Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the artwork is shipped or delivered.

Payments can be made via:

  • Stripe (credit/debit card)

  • PayPal

  • Zelle
     

4. Timeline

Turnaround time typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the project size and my current queue. If you have a specific deadline (e.g., a gift), please let me know early.  We will connect on a virtual meeting to ensure we have clear alignment on your vision and desires.

 

5. Revisions

You will receive a progress photo once the piece is underway. One round of minor revisions is included. Additional changes may require an added fee, depending on the request.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
 

Due to the custom nature of commissioned art:

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel after the artwork has started, you may still be responsible for partial or full payment depending on the progress made.

  • Once a piece is completed and approved, all sales are final.
     

7. Ownership & Usage

As the artist, I retain the rights to all commissioned works, including the right to photograph and share the piece in my portfolio or on social media.
You, the client, receive the original physical artwork and the right to display it personally. Commercial reproduction or resale is not permitted without prior agreement.
 

8. Shipping

All commissions are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance. Currently, shipping is available in the U.S.
